1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using HoneyCooki, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it updated.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use HoneyCooki only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to store illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you store. You may export or delete your data at any time.
5. Subscription and Billing
HoneyCooki is billed at $29 per active worker per month. Internal team users, candidates, and client users are free. Your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, billing is based on your active worker count.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.
7. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HoneyCooki for your business operations during your active subscription. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the platform.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyCooki's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within a reasonable period unless law requires otherwise.
11. Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
